Payment Policy
Purchasing products from OZ Furniture Store is as simple as clicking your mouse!
Select the item you wish to purchase and click on the “ADD TO CART” icon. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, decide on your payment method. If you are paying with PayPal, then click on “CHECKOUT WITH PAYPAL”. For other payment methods, click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” and follow the 5 steps to order confirmation.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email confirming your order number, items ordered, the total of your order and your delivery details.

Payment methods and payment terms
– The accepted payment methods are cash, credit cards, and bank transfer.
– In the case where the buyer pays via direct deposit, notwithstanding any issuance of an invoice by OZ Furniture Store, the contract does not form until payment has been cleared.
– Payment terms are a 50% deposit when the order is placed. Our accounts team will reach out to you for payment of the balance due, due once production is completed before despatch and delivery. Payment is required within 5 business days after we notify you that your purchase is ready for delivery. OZ Furniture Store may extend this timeframe at its discretion.
– In the event that the balance payment is not received within 30 days of OZ Furniture Store notifying you that your purchase is ready for delivery, the deposit on your sofa will be forfeit and we may begin recovery proceedings to recover any other costs outstanding.
– The buyer must comply with the terms and conditions as applicable for each method of payment.
– Afterpay, Zip Pay, and any other interest-free payment options are only valid for full-priced orders. Where orders are purchased under a promotion, if a discount is offered, accepted payments are cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
Order Availability T&C
– OZ Furniture Store shall notify the Purchaser of the expected time of delivery through the invoice.
– The expected time of delivery is an approximate guide and is not guaranteed. OZ Furniture Store reserves the right to increase production lead time without prior consent.
– The Purchaser agrees that OZ Furniture Store is not required to offer any additional compensation to the Buyer for non-delivery of the item/s ordered within the expected time specified unless agreed to in writing.
– Once the Purchaser is notified of a delivery date, acceptance of the goods is required within 7 days. If the Purchaser is not ready to accept the goods for any reason whatsoever, OZ Furniture Store reserves the right to move the items into storage. The cost of storage will be billed to your account at a rate of $150 per fortnight for up to 4 cubic metres. The additional costs will be pro-rata if the required space is larger than 4cbm.
